When we call somewhere and the person that answers the phone tell us that is going to put someone else resolving our problem, and that second person says it's not with her/him and passes the phone to a third person, and so on, and you end up talking with 10 people that didn't answer our question!!

Hoje é um dia feliz, Dezembro começa! Um mês em que sou uma autêntica criança, o Natal mexe mesmo comigo, sou uma pessoa mais feliz e mais sorrisente neste mês, é tãããõ bom!! Para comemorar esta minha felicidade infantil vou fazer um "countdown" até ao Natal todas as manhãs com uma imagem que me/nos faça sentir mais próxima desta ocasião especial, espero que gostem!! :)

Today is a happy day, December begins! A month where I'm an authentic child, Christmas really touches me, I'm a happier person and I smile more during this month, it's sooo good!!
