Waiting in a store queue for several minutes and when you finally get to buy something, the person who works there answers you, like it's perfectly normal and almost like you're asking something strange: "We don't have it".
And that's it. No appologies, no trying to be nice due to the fact they they don't have a product they sell, not a single indication on the door saying they don't have it so that a person doesn't have to wait to get to the cashier to find that out.. rrrrrr...*
*It happened to me while asking for diesel oil in a gas station and in McDonalds when I asked for a McFlurry M&Ms.
